SHIPPING POLICY

We aim to process and ship all orders at the earliest possible opportunity after receiving an order. Should an item not arrive  within the window given at the time of purchase please send a text message to 00447527437556, with your order number and we hope to resolve the problem within 24hrs. If an item arrives damaged, please take a picture and contact us by email at info@lafierte.co.uk to be issued a returns stamp printable from any printer. Once the damaged item is received, we will send a replacement with your permission.

RETURN POLICY

Should a customer be dissatisfied with any product upon delivery, we request that they get in touch immediately  via email info@lafierte.co.uk  to be issued a returns stamp printable from any printer. Upon receipt of the return item  the full cost of the product will be refunded to the customer minus handling and delivery fees.
